Food tasted fine and service is friendly enough, but there is some obvious quality issues going on at this location. My salad came with a full bouquet of Cilantro. There was zero attempt to pick the Cilantro off the stems. Service Dine in
Ordered online for pickup in the store. Picked up the order and when I opened it I realized it was completely wrong! It looked like it was rushed and slapped together and all of the extra ingredients I paid for were definitely not worth the extra price. How disappointing is it to spend $17 on food that is for one wrong and for two was absolutely disgusting. Even the side guacamole was nasty. No flavor no salt. I didn’t even eat half of my bowl before I decided to toss it. I guess my money isn’t worth good food. Do not recommend
I’ve been to this location three times now and the first two experiences were the same but I figured I’d give them one more chance. I came in today and stood in line and observed the employees operate and wow. Complete dysfunction. Line out the door. Employees have no idea what they’re doing. One guy is standing there holding a burrito he attempted to roll but it’s dripping and goes just holding it up in the air while the other two on the make line are staring at him. He sets it down and wipes his gloves off on his apron and continues doing whatever he was attempting to do. The next customer is arguing with someone else about what she ordered and how they royally effed it up. I walked out. Honestly I could have powered thru it if it weren’t for the gloves on the apron repeatedly happening. That and the last time I was here my burrito was a catastrophe. Just a god damn mess. I used to go here often but after I went a few days ago I will not be back. I stood in line behind a supposed off the clock employee who kept shouting language full of profanity to his friend who worked in the back. I got to the front and was treated very rudely by the employee there because I am a foreigner. The employee aggressively advised me they were out of hard taco shells. There were grease stains on the foil he wrapped my soft shelled tacos in, which he adamantly denied. He did not change his gloves before handling my order. I asked to add chips to my order and was rudely told they were out. It seems like you are more concerned with ripping off customers than actually stocking items that people order. I asked to see management and was told to wait. I did, but the same person came back and told me the manager was busy. Such unprofessional behavior has no place in customer service. Your employees need to do better. Such profane language as to what I witnessed between your staff is absolutely inexcusable, as is the rude service I received. You have lost my business. This Chipotle location ALWAYS gets my order completely wrong. I wish there was a way I could pick the location I wanted my food delivered from. A few times, I have received a burrito with only rice and beans in it. My husband went to the location in person one time and said the place was disgusting — food scraps on the floor, trash on the tables, he has to ask 3 times for a a side of guacamole. He also said that there were 5 employees standing around and doing absolutely nothing and acted like he was a nuisance. This is most definitely the only location that we’ve ever had issues with. We will never order from this location ever again. Quite honestly, this location should be shut down or investigated for health code violations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Every single employee was rude. No greeting. They just stand there looking at you until you speak up. Can’t hear what any of them are saying and they have an attitude before having to repeat themselves. 2 hours before closing and they’re out of steak, fajitas, corn, and chips. Of course all of this is unknown until you’re walking through the line. I don’t care about the ingredients not being available but the customer service is terrible. I hate leaving negative reviews unless it seems necessary, and in this case it does. This is a review of the management in general and not the employees. This chipotle is right by home so I go often, and I’m not sure they’ve been in stock on their fajitas consistently in the last 6 months. They’ve had other issues with stocking other basic supplies as well and even ran out of receipt paper once so everyone coming in had to order online in order to get food. At this point, it’s ridiculous. If you want to get Chipotle and don’t want to worry about them being out of stock of something, I don’t recommend coming to this location.
Lol never coming to this location again. There had to be 8 employees. Store was empty except 2 tables . I could barely hear anything the kids were asking me. They were snarky and acted like they didn't want to be there. Never saw a single one smile. I stood there for a good few minutes before anyone even greeted me even though they were all at the front counter. I had to ask for extra tortillas at least 5 times. I asked for a cup and the cashier said he put it in the bag. I looked and there was just the food. So I had to ask 3 more times. We started to walk off until my husband realized we still didn't have our tortillas we asked for. The place was a mess. There was food everywhere on the counters. I saw an employee put a dirty used spoon into a new pan of sour cream. The spoon had crusted over old sour cream. The drink fountain area was trashed with almost everything empty. I ordered through the app, which said the food would be ready at 7pm. I arrived about 5 minutes early and there was already 3 people waiting for to-go orders in front of me. At the same time there was only a single customer going through the regular line. When that person had gotten their order and gone, there were 4 more people behind me in the to-go line. The front line workers just stood around (one was playing on their phone), while the back kitchen was struggling to make to-go orders. This was also despite the fact that the floor of the front line was filthy and needed swept at the very least. At no point did I see any manager, and I really wonder where they were. I finally got my order at 7:22 and went home. One major point: a salad is supposed to have salad mix. That’s the main ingredient of a salad, and yet the amount of salad mix I get in every salad I order gets smaller and smaller each time. This time I couldn’t even see the salad when I took the lid off the bowl. Chipotle salad is the only dish I can order that fits into my diet. If I don’t get a normal portion of salad mix, there’s not much point in eating at Chipotle since I’m just hungry again a couple hours later. I’ve been enduring this location for about 12 years now because it’s the closest one to my house, but I will either have to start going to the next closest location, or maybe just stop eating at Chipotle altogether. The quality just keeps dropping and the prices just keep rising. And don’t even get me started on the app asking for tips for the employees that Chipotle should be paying a living wage to. 10-23 They have upped their game! Staff was great and very reaponsive. Bowls and burritos were stuffed full and tasty as can be. 10 out of 10 today! 2-23 update. Maybe a fluke, but chicken and peppers were not sliced very small and combine that with smaller portions overall thanks to inflation, it was disappointing. More of a rice burrito Still good quality, just not like it was. Original review Always great experience. I will drive past others to get to this location!
