Order for pick up at this location. My order was placed at 4:00 pm, it was supposed to be ready at 4:20 pm and it's 4:45 pm and my order was just given to me. The restaurant was empty. They didn't have any more to go orders at the pick-up counter. I'm not sure why you would have a customer waiting so long for their order. When I arrived, I went to the pick up counter, my order was not there, I proceeded to the cashier, I kindly ask them if they had a to go order for me and the manager just gave me a look and didn't even greet me, the cashier looked like she didn't like working there, the server at the counter said he was just going to start my order 😅... anyway, I waited. Just to come home after a long day at work to the pictures attached. 📸 What's going on here? Not even more than 4 pieces of meet per taco, and it's burned. I love Chipotle! But never coming to this location ever again... Worst customer service ever. Manager look more concern to take pictures on her tablet than to greet customers with a kind smile and a "We will be with you shortly or we are currently working on your order, would you like a cup of water while you wait" at least. New Chipotle location. Very nice area around. Some parking available. Large inside rack for picking up online orders. Place looks fantastic. Food was great as usual for Chipotle. I look forward to start coming to this new location more often. Eating outdoors here feels great.

Took 5 minutes before I saw anyone working in the restaurant. Then I got a burrito smaller than something from Taco Bell. Literally put half a portioning spoon on everything. Girl I've worked in the industry.... this store must be out on inventory and making it up by screwing customers... chipotle used to be a good brand... this is just pitiful. 1/10. Not much parking but the freshness and quality of the food is 100/10 and the service is just the same. Found this chipotle like 3 weeks ago, and for me, someone who’s a HEAVY chipotle eater, (4-5 times a week) never had a bad experience. I love this location! It’s tucked off in city place and their consistency is unmatched compared to other locations. I get exactly what I order whether it’s in person or through the app. I really hope they continue to have great customer service and order consistency.
