I saw this place and randomly decided to try it. I’ve been to Crumbl, I’ve tried Bear Paw Cookies and I must say this place is just as good if not better! The cookies are fairly priced, one cookie could easily satisfy 2-3 people, and they’re very moist and filling. The service was excellent, the woman that helped me explained all the options, she answered all my questions and was very friendly. Will definitely try again!

We came here to have a special mommy daughter date with my 9 year old. The aesthetic is lovely and the manager Kim is so great! Will return.

Outstanding. We have few of these types of ships in our hometown in Chattanooga TN. Sought this out after our meal at Cedars. These are far superior to our Crumble franchise at home. Great cookie makers are hard to find. The service was tops.

I seriously don’t know why people are still eating cookies from Crumble. Chip actually makes cookies that look beautiful and taste homemade. Their Better Than cookies with the caramel and Heath bar are my most favorite! The Biscoff ones are AMAZING. I ordered a dozen cookies for a party and EVERYONE was blown away by how much better they were than “the other cookie place”. Like, no comparison. I write this because I know if you’ll try them, you will switch and I want this place to be found.

I wish there was an option to give MORE than 5 stars!! For delicious homemade flavor, a warm greeting, and more options than you can imagine, TRY THIS PLACE! I drove by and saw their sign and decided to check it out and get some cookies for the guys working on our house and for my hubby & son. CHIP is in a brand new building with plenty of parking. There’s only one other cookie place I’ve been to in town (a drive-thru) and was not impressed. I parked right in front of CHIP and wasn’t sure what to expect. As I walked in I was greeted by two smiling late-teenage faces. :) I asked if they just opened and was cheerfully told that they opened about a month ago. It was immaculately clean, and decorated in a tasteful, classy, minimalist style. The 2 employees behind the counter were very polite, kind and patient with me as I was trying to make my selection. I mean… Chick-fil-a good manners! :) They were both very helpful and they took their time explaining the options and didn’t make me feel rushed or feel bad that I had questions. I decided on a box of 9 of the “Mini OG Chip” chocolate chip cookies for the guys working on our house, (the “minis aren’t that small- they’re each at least 2-1/2” in diameter) and 2 “Lemon Chip” for my hubby who loves lemon, and 2 “Boneless” (choc chip cookie minus the choc chips) with chocolate drizzle and coconut on top for my teenage son who likes the coconut chocolate GirlScout cookies. They were both BLOWN AWAY!! I had to try one. They were right! It was a treat for my tastebuds! Chewy on the outside, soft in the middle. High quality homemade flavor, REAL BUTTER! I may never bake cookies again! I am definitely a customer for life! Excellent quality, fabulous friendly service, and they DELIVER!! Really loved this place, highly recommend. The still warm sea salt chocolate chip cookie was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend warming the cookies up in the oven/microwave for a couple minutes at home for the same slightly melted inside effect.
Cookies were incredibly dense and the dough was very tough. Overworked or not super fresh maybe? At the same time, cookies were undercooked in the middle, and not in the good way. They were just pasty and gross. Gal working the counter friday eve 2/16 was very professional and gracious.

Craving cookies and decided to try it out. It was delicious! I prefer them over Crumbl! I ordered the OG choco chip cookie and added a Carmel drizzle and sea salt. So good!!!

Must Have!!!!! These gourmet cookies are soooo good!!! Omg,,, people need to get the word out for this awesome hidden little gem! The staff is great!! The cookies are FABULOUS!! Best I have ever had!! (Trust me, waaay better then Crumbl) Lol The box it comes in is very sleek and classy too! You must come try or grab a box to impress your guests. You won't regret it ,,,, Yummy!!! :)
