Jag har ätit sushi på nästan alla sushirestauranger i Västerås, inkluderat de som hävdar att de har "bästa" sushi. De har de inte! Chinzo i lilla Sura är bäst! Pokébowlsen är balanserade och delikata. Riset som används är helt perfekt och varken klibbar i gommen eller smular som vissa andra. Smakerna sitter där de ska och allt smakar fräscht och krispigt.
