***Buyer Beware*** Read to the end! This is typically my go-to place for Chinese Delivery, but after today I'll be ordering from somewhere else. The Crab Rangoon, Veggie Egg Foo Young, Pork Egg Foo Young on the St. Paul Sandwich, and the Tortilla Strips for my soup were all cooked in old, dirty grease, and burned on top of that. The only thing I could eat was the Hot & Sour Soup. We got a partial credit and I told the lady to refund my card because the food was disgusting and I didnt intend to order from there again and she said, " No problem. We don't need you. I put on black list." Awesome job, Chin's Wok. Awesome. P.S. She said it would take a month to get a refund on my card. Food was good, served in a timely manner but the cook kept playing slot machines rather than do his job. Also asked for a plastic to go box and she said $1 so then I asked for a styrofoam to go box and she said okay one dollar. I don't feel as if a box to take your food that you paid for home should be a dollar or cost at all for that matter. So you eat here be prepared to not be able to take any of your leftovers home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! We have tried many times to give this place a 2nd, 3rd, etc. etc chance and it's always the same ..... we get average food, and average service, but because they deliver we keep trying. Most businesses would try and make a regular customer happy, and yes we order at least once a month, but that has come to an end!. We ordered fried dumplings, ( something we regularly order ), and this time they came over cooked. Some even as far as blackened. I called to correct and was told that's how we do it. As I said we've been ordering these for a long time. This was not normal. The obnoxious woman who answered the phone refused to correct the order without charging me an additional fee to send out a properly prepared order, continuing to claim that's how we do it, while not allowing me to speak. This place has no concept of customer service or tact. The food has never been great but the employees are horrible. I bragged about this restaurant's food to my good friend. After a few days we got lunch from there and we returned home. I'm eating while he is digging in the box and pulls out a bug. I've been coming here since I moved up here 15 years ago. Was always a great place to get food from. Some of the best around! The last 2 times the person answering the phone has been rude, and gotten my order wrong, trying to push extra items. This last time was the last straw. Paid by credit card over the phone, told her the tip would be cash. Have never not tipped well, especially in adverse weather or later in the evening. And she wants to know what I'm going to tip! Says it's their policy to ask?! Told her I've never not tipped well and that was uncalled for. She said ok, we will block you then. Unbelievable... My experience at Chin's Wok was decent. The food was satisfactory, and the prices were reasonable. However, the service was a bit slow, and the ambiance could use improvement. With some refinements, it has the potential to become a more enjoyable dining destination.

I was calling to make a complaint and the lady said that they were closed. They were not close she just tried to act like she couldn't hear me.
