Well I order on average 3 nights per week receiving delivery. Today , 12/17/23, I called and ordered my regular,sweet and sour chicken with extras etc. When they didn't show up in 45 minutes and called to see what's up. The lady said I never even called. Yes, the exact same person I have ordered from 50 times! First order45 minutes gone/ then another full wait for my food so 1.5 hour wait. So for the final issue . NO S&S sauce and only 2 skimpy packets of duck sauce! I called and she said she'd be right back with S&S ,it's been 45 minutes ,I haven given up on their service. This restaraunt is dying as a business, they just don't know it yet. I am never giving them another penny of the close to $240.00 a month I have spent there over the last year. The manager at this location is very rude and not sympathetic towards her customers. We ordered shimp lo mein and she said no we did not. The website clearly says what we ordered. She refused to fix the issue and instead said I can pay more and order the correct meal that they screwed up on. I will not be ordering from this establishment seeing as the “MANAGER” wasn’t a very pleasant person and was yelling at me on the phone when I was trying to explain what we received.
