Ordered pickup for 6:55, didn’t receive food until 7:30. Showed up and was told it was picked up before us. Mistakes happen so no worries but then my girlfriend was told they did not receive the order whatsoever a few minutes later. Upon showing receipts of the order they told her to hold on as they look into it. 15 minutes go by with no regard to check on the customer or update them. Still at work, I personally called to see what’s going on, was told they did indeed receive the order they just weren’t familiar with their operating systems and had an error. By now girlfriends been waiting at the restaurant for over thirty minutes. A refund request was made and was told that since she already left with the order there was nothing they could do. Girlfriend overheard them mention this to me on the phone before she was given the food. Overall just very disappointed in the customer experience as we were lied to multiple times about the order. Will never recommend as nobody would like to have their order messed up numerous times, lied too about it, and then be given terrible management.
