Saw this restaurant on google maps and decide to try it out. When we arrive there are not much people so the foods came out really fast. The staff are really nice and friendly. We ordered 4 foods including the crispy duck, sweet and sour pork, prawn and beef. We love the crispy duck, it was really delicious. Though the food might not look really fancy, but it taste quite good. Highly recommend if you want to eat chinese food.
We ordered special dishes from menu, one from no 48-50, which were served in a hot iron plate, the black pepper flavor is really good and many fresh veg with biff, love it ( btw, the sound of dish in hot iron plate definitely attracted the neighbor table a lot when it’s served)! the another is from the same page might called Quan jia fu which is served in a ceramic bowl, good mix of chicken, pork and many vegs! if you want to experience a more authentic chinese flavor they are recommended! btw, nice and friendly host! will come back again!
We were driving through the area and got some fried rice. The taste was very well balanced and it was freshly cooked. Definitely recommend this place!

the waitress doesn’t speek english, only chinese. we sat down at a table and then, she started to speak with us in chinese and rudely asked to go away (in chinese language, using only angry gestures), only because of our small dog. very unpolite and rude way to talk to your costumers.
also the interior is super cheap and old, NOT A RESTRAURANT AT ALL.

Food (3*) - Food is too oily and i miss the really Chinese ingredients. I got a bit the feeling of convenience food.
Interior (4*) - looks Chinese (Asian) but standard, nothing special. A warmer, really Chinese culture interior would support
Smell (2*) - Inside it smells unfortunately oily and no fresh air. It would really support if it would smell a bit more flower-like instead of kitchen

Service (4*) - Friendly but a language barrier is given. Norwegian or Chinese would be the best.

Result: i would try it again the next time but hope there will be a improvement. It is for sure not easy up there because most likely there will be not so much customers. But those who come should leave happy.
The restaurant is located at very touristy place next to skiing resort Hemsedal. The food is delicious and it was served very quick. Minus 2 stars due to the waitress which didn't speak either English or Norwegian.
Nice food and quick service! Just across the street from the Recharge Electric car charger at Ulsåk, Hemsedal. The restaurant has good control of the anti-Covid-19 measures.
