Well I took my Beautiful Wife to the Chili's in Goshen Indiana, that was her first time to ever eat at a Chili's restaurant, we were so surprised by the AWESOME service that we received, Emma was our Waiter and she was so very nice, she even had given us advice to what each item we looked at on the menu, she was prompt and motivated and provided us with such great service I've ever had when it comes to dining out, Thank you Emma, we will be coming back soon. My wife's potato soup came out right away while my chili took 20 minutes. Then her cilantro lime chicken quesadilla came out cold. My son's Philly cheesesteak came out with only half of a bottom bun and obviously only Cheesesteak and toppings on that small half while the top bun was a full length almost footlong size bun, so you couldn't pick it up. I ordered the old timer cheeseburger as part of my three for me, and instead mushroom and Swiss came out. It took them another 25 minutes to get me the right one and everyone else was done eating by the time I got my food. It's been bad since they opened many, many years ago and it hasn't gotten any better. we will never give it another try. Don't waste your money or time! stay away from this horrible restaurant!
