A lot of guests say that waiters offer good rolls, chicken crispers and salmon here. Visitors may eat tasty biscuits at this bar. Clients don't like draft beer and tea at Chili's. I ordered take out from here recently. I was in the mood for mac n cheese so I decided to get that with the honey Chipotle chicken tenders and a loaded mash. My biggest critique was on the Mac. Flavor wise, it was there. It actually tasted cheesey. The drawback had way to much liquid/sauce. The noodles were swimming in it. Sucks. 5/10. The chicken and mash were both good solid 7.5/10. Get this readers....I stopped in there to have a drink and order some lunch. It was 1:30 and the place was quiet, empty, and tranquil. I was quietly reviewing the menu when the GM, Brenda, comes over to me with stocky gentleman that appeared to be "bouncer in training" from his and her body language and how he stared me down. I didn't know him and never interacted with him. I greeted her by saying "Hi Brenda" in a polite, civil manner and she unloads a barrage of questions pertaining towards my opinion of her obviously provoking me to start an argument. I hate to throw a racial card but I'm white and she approached me with her backup to try to intimidate me. I then let her know that she creates a bad atmosphere and have had a bad experiences when I have brought company to have dinner there. Her actions only reinforce this review. If that is not enough evidence, look at the reviews of the other Chilis within a 10 mile radius from this location and see that this location is the only one that has Management in the review topics and 90% of those comments are negative. I'll never visit that place again. Atmosphere: 1

Food flavor super good, I try shrimp, stake and chicken fajitas. I recommend delicious.with this plate you can make your own takitos. Includes tortillas, grill onions, green peppers,guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese and more. My coment About service is ; the service was to slow. To give me a table, I ask the waiter for napkins and I wait about 14 min for my receive. After I paid .is not nice.

Food was the only redeeming quality, actually good. But service was absolutely terrible THE MANAGER TOOK MY SURVEY FOR ME, she took it out of my hands after I paid!. Service was not good, the manager said some people had quit, but we had no idea until we had already ordered. I am completely disgusted. I stopped here on my way to work & ordered togo. Service was great no complaints there. I don't know if this is mold or just unwashed broccoli. Either way, as a cook, why would you think this was ok to serve?! Makes me wonder if this is standard protocol in the kitchen. I usually don't leave until I check my order but like I said I had to work. Management should be aware of the subpar kitchen practices. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

No Stars Really but I had to put one to post!!! I used to live in Olive Branch but move away. I'm in town on business and we went to Chili's for some food. The service was very poor. We ordered online for curbside and waited 45 mins for food. Finally, I walked in to see why and to my amazement the restaurant was dirty, food was spoiled (broccoli was burned and spoiled), rice was old and hard. I am so disappointed needless to say they have lost a good customer.
