Great location! Very clean and fast service , Tierra was a perfect server, and the food was great!! Honestly, fast food costs as much or more but can't even come close. I arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes before closing. The staff still greeted me happily with smiling faces. They did not rush or act out of the way because of the time. The Man and I have been getting take out from there lately. The Triple Dippers has been our fave because it tastes great reheated. Since its Mommy’s Day and most everywhere was packed, we headed to Franklin. Our first choice had a sour fish smell wafting from the doors which was a total turn off. Chili’s still had parking so we pulled in there. We got the pick three meal deal, apps, drinks, & entrees. We both got the chips with queso, ranch, & salsa... each… Its a lot… I recommend it for two because I brought some home. I got the crisper sandwich with the fries. It wasn’t bad.. not tremendous though… The Man loves the Honey Chipotle Crispers, making the num num noises while he eats. We passed on dessert as we had enough food on the table we hadn’t eaten. After 12, it began to get busy… It’s comfortable place to go with food that definitely more Tex than Mex.. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Ordered online Got there to pick up my order I parked in the spot that was posted online Waited over 25mins past the quoted time for someone to acknowledge my car Never happened They started turning off the lights So I went inside My food was just sitting there Multiple cars was also waiting in the curbside spots Got home My chipotle bowl was missing avocado, two sauces and the rice The RICE though I didn't order a salad I usually don't do reviews I work in a restaurant and understand things happen But this visit was a major let down

Super disappointed in the food preparation and how everything was cold for what I paid. What’s the point in offering curbside to go, if us customers have to go inside to get it ourselves? This restaurant is desperately long overdue for a DEEP CLEANING as the atmosphere just going inside briefly feels as though you’re in a cesspool of germs! Needless to say I won’t be coming back here again… Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Beware of this restaurant.. on 12/18/23 I made an order and was charged someone else order. The manager said i would get my money back within a few days. So I decided to pay cash for the correct order. today is 12/1/24 and I have Still not received my money back. That's not cool when an establishment steals money from loyal consumers. Our waiter on Carlos was amazing, he was attentive, fast, and funny. Carlos also gave us a suggestion on a sauce combo for the burger I ordered and it was really good.
