Had a great lunch at the Chili’s on East Wareham. My waitress Jess was incredibly attentive and very nice. I ordered the 6 oz Sirloin (med rare - cooked perfectly) minus the garlic butter, and replacing the mashed potatoes with the asparagus side. Food was excellent and came out quick. Overall great experience and will be back if I’m in the area. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ensuring was delicious. Our waitress was delightful. Eating out is so expensive these days, but Chili's is, comparatively, still a good deal. They also have a ton of menu items that can be served low-carb or even keto with minor tweaks. Great experience. Good food, great service. Fiddlehead on tap. Only place where kitchen stayed open past 8 pm on a Tuesday, in the Canal area where we stayed for hockey games, I do understand it was off-season. Scusset Beach 4-eva, no joke! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The manager actually comped my meal because it came out lukewarm. It may have been good hot but I didn’t want them to nuke it or wait for them to make another one. I really didn’t care for it anyway. It’s the low cal chicken dish with rice & beans. Waitress was great! She apologized many times and we know it wasn’t her fault but the kitchens. Bathroom was nasty! I will not return!

It's Chili's. As a review of Chili's as a restaurant chain in general, 3/5. As a review of this particular Chili's in isolation, 4/5. The service here is fine, I've never had a problem, it's not usually busy, there's often open seating at the bar. Once logistical complaint is that the restrooms with relation to the bar are on the opposite side of the restaurant so you have to walk past almost every single table of diners to get there which feels kind of intrusive, but I guess they have to put it somewhere. It's always clean though, so that's nice. Food wise, Chili's as a restaurant chain sits relatively middle of the road. Their drink specials and bottomless chips/salsa tend to put them a small step above their competitors like Applebee's. Their cocktail menu often has some quite bizarre drinks on it, but I kind of admire them for their adventurous decisions. Whiskey + Tequila + Sour in the same cup is not really my idea of a good time though. Whatever their fruit margarita of the season is, it's probably loaded with sugar, so if you're into that, go for it, personally I prefer their traditional margaritas. At the time of this review (Fall 2023), they had "The Tequila Trifecta" on the menu, which seems redundant for a marg, but for $5 during happy hour it was actually quite good. If you're looking for some after work drinks and maybe a bite that won't break the bank and isn't terrible, choose Chili's. If you want a plate of unique flavors that will challenge your palate, do not choose Chili's. For parking, this location has plenty of room and is pretty easily accessible. Plenty of parking. We found it clean and not too busy. The staff we attentive and friendly. Food options are fine for a chain establishment. It’s consistent and not overly greasy or salty. It’s a good value for the price. The gluten free options are not plentiful but enough to be able to get a complete meal (minus any dessert options). I like this chain because it’s both family friendly and appropriate for couples and seniors. The layout is accessible. They’re also LGBTQ friendly. We’d stop on again.
