I met a girlfriend here after work for drinks and it took forever for someone to come over to seat us and then again to get a drink order. They were not busy at all when we got there. We could see them just standing around talking. After that service was decent but definitely put a damper on the whole experience. Food was very good. The take out girl on the phone was AMAZING! That's about it. We were quoted 15 to 20 minutes, waited for 30. You would think it would be correct and fresh. Absolutely NOT! Called and spoke with an Angela who says is a supervisor. She has zero customer service skills and very rude. This place has gone down hill so bad this past year. Despite being the earlier part of a week day, my family and I had to wait a while to be seated in an empty restaurant. Had it not been for me going to the bar for assistance. Food and service was good.. tables and chairs were sticky, it was gross. I needed a booster seat for my child, and decided to hold her instead. . As soon as we got home I had to shower, felt filthy.
