Nice to have another food option in this area. The experience and atmosphere was pretty good. Since it’s a new location, it has been pretty busy. I went in for an early birthday celebration. I asked for help redeeming my birthday reward but no one was able to figure it out, so I just said forget about it. The food was just okay, not really hot enough but would try again for a quick bite.

Family tried this new location Sunday, after church. Despite it being full, our wait time was only 10mins & there was 8 of us. Food was good & staff was great. The waiter made a handful of mistakes but he apologized profusely. This is a new restaurant & the staff is new so we understood. In the end, everything was corrected & our experience was great. Definitely give them a try.

Food was fine. The waitress did ok asking us if there was anything we needed, but she never took empty plates and drinking glasses. Our table was completely full and we didn't bother to stay long. I shouldn't have to ask for her to remove items from the table. It's part of being a good waitress/waiter.
I didn't think to take a picture of this other incident but we had a party of 8. We placed our order and she didn't take our menus. The food came and she placed my plate on top of 8 frickin menus!! I couldn't believe it!
The beer menu is boring. Not a single IPA! The location between White Settlement road and Clifford has that down. They have a very good draft selection. I was disappointed, so I just ordered water.
I understand this is a new location. Training is needed very badly here. Manager or regional... are you reading this?

There’s nothing like the resounding swell of a, “Welcome to Chili’s!” after I open the doors of the greatest American fare chain restaurant in the continental US. It’s made even better when the facility is so new, there’s nary a fleck of mop bucket water along the baseboards. I’ve visited this new location twice following my anticipation of the opening of the great big pepper of the Chisholm Trail. This beacon of chicken crisper goodness is conveniently located, spotless, quick and has all of the staples of your favorite food brand. My visit this evening was made all the better by my server Ryan. We will be back again and again.

We enjoyed a great lunch at Chili's at Chisholm Trail today! Our waitress, Sidney, was attentive and friendly. She made sure that we knew about the Chili's Rewards program, never let our drinks get too low, and checked on us regularly. We arrived just after opening on Christmas Eve (a Sunday), so it was very quiet but it started to pick up closer to noon. The manager was quick to check in on us after we received our meal to make sure that our orders were to our satisfaction. Overall, very impressed and we will be back!

We were excited to try this brand new location and it did not disappoint!! It looked busy but from the moment the friendly hostess greeted us less than 15 min wait for party of 7. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality and delicious food served. The staff strives to provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. We loved the food, especially the steak and burgers. I commend the leadership for developing teamwork and maintaining a great spirit and engagement.

We went on Sunday after grand opening for a late lunch. Food was good and the place was clean. Our server was new, which we could tell, but he did a great job. We had a small issue with getting the wrong drink, but they took care of us. We'll definitely be back.
