The lady bartending/serving was fine. She's the only reason I gave the service 3 stars. Got the southwest egg rolls and when they came they were undercooked/greesy and smashed. Completely inedible. Bartender just took them off my check at my request. But as I was waiting for my ribs I say and watched a waitress shove food in get face while standing at the pass in the kitchen. When I asked the Bartender to just pay for my drinks so I could just leave. There was not even a question as to why I no longer wanted the food. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Our waitress was really nice, she did seem like she was new. She offered to help us sign up for the rewards program and refilled drinks and such.. We had issues with the chips and salsa, and had to send them back 3 times. The chips were not warm, were very greasy and not salted. We asked multiple times if we could get warm chips, and on the 3rd time someone had come out to explain how the chips were made. We said we understood and were just asking to have warm chips. He said they had microwaved them, yet they were still cold. As a side note, the reason we choose to eat at Chili's was because of the chips and salsa.. All of the entrees were good, and as I was paying the bill the waitress completed the survey by just giving everything a 10.. I would not have given 10s out for this visit. For 4 people to total was almost $80.00, don't think I would come back to this Chili's again for quite a while. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely had a wonderful meal here. Very impressed with how often the waitress checked on us to see how things were going & kept out drinks refilled. Food was hot & amazing! Large portions for a great price. Keep it up! Finally like I remembered!! I've had some bad experiences at other Chili's and I was leary of going again, but the store here did not disappoint. Food was great and the service was too!! My wife and I usually have dinner there before our 2-hour drive home after visiting our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the service has always been excellent. This latest time our server was Alissa. She was very attentive, got the food out quickly and was ahead of us getting drink refills. Great job Alissa!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered soup & salad for lunch and didn't realize that a large plate of tortilla chips & salsa came with it. Those chips were DELICIOUS - thin, crispy, salty, and served warm because they're made fresh! The Caesar salad was excellent, as was the potato soup topped with scallions and bacon bits. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and it was so big, he couldn't eat it all! We will definitely go back to Chili's!!!
