We had all but written off Chili's in the last year. Too many bad experiences and horrible waits. However tonight, the manager, server and food brought us back.
Being seated was mirs pleasant than normal. Followed be a prompt greeting by our server and fast drinks. Then super fast food delivered by the manager that was hot and tasty. My kids loved it and I had no complaints nor asks as I usually do.
I could tell immediately that the management there was top notch because of our experience and how the food was as well as the service.
The kids got kids meals, cheesy chicken and pasta and cheese pizza. This has hit to become if the best kids meals deals in the city. I got the pic 3, cilantro lime steak and it was yummy.
To Chili's corporate, the experience we had tonight made us a fan again and redeemed Chili's in our families eyes.

We dined in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. It was not busy and we got right in. The hostess greeted us right away and was very friendly. She gave us a choice of seating at 2 booths near the bar area. Next our waitress greeted us quickly and was very friendly. We ordered an appetizer and 2 alcoholic drinks plus water. The drinks arrived quickly and not to far behind came our appetizer. Once the appetizer arrived we ordered the double hamburger Patti with 6 full slices of crispy bacon. All of the food and drinks were delicious! We definitely needed a take home box as the portions were huge! Great experience, thank you Chili’s 🌶️ We will definitely be back!
