Waited an hr and a half pasted when my curbside said it would be ready(5:15pm). NOT because they were busy but simply due to lack of attention. Clearing a ticket from there monitors that was never made , not checking on my order the 2 times I came in to ask all I got was attitude and was told by this lady posted below “well other people ordered curbside too” then proceeded to walk away and not check on my order had to wait another 10 minuets for the other Togo lady to ask me if her co worker was checking on my food. (7:05)Just got home with our food the only thing that is hot is the burger we ordered. All our cheese dips cold my past cold. Our drinks given to us very watered down. And mind you we live no more then 5-7 minuets from chilis. And we got a cheese cake to compensate for our troubles. 🙄 Service: 1

Ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup. It took long and the parking was horrible. People parked in curbside spots to go inside and eat. To top it off, some of those people wouldn't even park correctly, taking up more space from another spot. The food was delicious. The employee who brought out my order apologized for the wait. You could tell it was busy. So I understood for the food wait, but there was still parking available more towards the back of the side/back of the facility for those who weren't using curbside. My wife and I came in a few weeks ago about an hour before closing time. We sat at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Julie, the bartender was very patient and attentive. Well when we walked in the Hostess didn't know how long the wait was. After 15 minutes we were seated and the waitress took our drink order. They never brought my sons Dr. Pepper,I ordered the boneless wings and they brought me wings with bones, My son ordered a old-timer cheese burger with cheese and mayo, he got just a burger. They did correct the problem. My thing is I have been to 4 different Chili's and I seem to have bad luck with them. I think I'll just quit going to Chili's. We haven't been to Chili's for an extended length of time! My SIL enjoyed her steak cooked to her request and husband & I each had the quesadilla explosion salad. Very tasty and our waitress was very attentive, but not annoying. This Chili's location is above & beyond any I've visited in the past year between here and Austin. Unlike others, which were notably dirty during the least busy time of the day and poorly managed, including locations in San Antonio and New Braunfels, this restaurant is very clean. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they were vacated, floors were clean. The service today during a Saturday lunch rush was stellar. We were served quickly, never needed to flag down our waitress, had all we needed as soon as we knew we needed it. The food was fresh and delicious. The manager checked with us to make sure we were happy, and we were. All Chili's managers should follow the example set here in Pleasanton. The staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of seeing if we needed anything. When we first sat down and ordered drinks, I decided I wasted something more relaxing than when I had ordered, so I asked for that as well. I got an eye roll, and off she went. I think they must not stock the items because she must have had to go to the store to get them. We had our food before it showed up, and yes, I asked how it was going twice. Someone in our party of three adults got the rib, and I really like their ribs... not the best, but when you are at Chilli's, they are a good choice. Unfortunately, this time, they just tasted like they had been boiled and then had sprites of sauce on them. When it came to trying to get the bill, I had to wave my hand with no avail because once again, all the employees were talking with each other. In two different groups. One group by the kitchen door was laughing and having a great time. The other three to five by the POS system were to focused on their conversation to see that we wanted the bill, much less refills anytime during our meal. I started to stand up, and that is when I was noticed. I know Chili's gives a military discount, but when she came with the bill, we just wanted out of there. It was not on the bill, and I will say she might not have heard us. I do not live in the area on the Chili's, but the others do, and we talked about this. Very disappointed. Cheese fries had no cheese, the bacon was rock hard and they looked and tasted like they were in the heat window for awhile. Also the bartender helped 2 other tables that came in after we did. Before she helped us. Not going back to this one. Tried to talk to manager lady that walked by an asked how everything was, we tired to tell her and she grunted and walked away. More training needed here. Our server took forever to take our order. she attended other tables that got there after we did. After she apologized (I think she saw the look on my face on how annoyed I was), she attended us better. I ordered quesadilla chicken salad way too much sauce. I would definitely recommend ordering the sauce on the side. My daughter and I ordered 2 drinks, and the bartender, Julie, made them just right. Definitely give her 2 thumbs 👍 👍up!
