There was no one at the entrance to greet us at the door...no one to seet us. I had to find someone "not only" to help MY family, but the family that was waiting before we had arrived. We were seated in a unprofessional way. Waitress had a bad attitude. When I paid for my food, waitress didn't give me my receipt nor my change back .I can go on and on about the bad experience I had , however it was just over-all BAD. Service was horrible! Drinks were filled once when we received them. No napkins. Grandson's (3yr) food was delivered 5 minutes approximately after everyone else's. Never seen our waitress after delivering our food again. Paid our bill on the kiosk and left. The service was poor. Only 1 waitress at bar area. The manager came around every 30min to take orders or fill up drink. Food took very long to be served. Restaurant is in a very bad state. In dire need of paint and new furniture. Overall a very disappointing experience and we will not return to this restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the best togo burger I've had from any Chili's. Whatever city I'm in more than a day I find a Chili's. The evening grill person rocks... Also my togo person was very nice and professional. Keep up you all did a outstanding job! I wish you all could come to the two locations by my house and train... My food was that goooodddd. When we first arrived, we were seated by our waitress, then she NEVER came back. Took almost 49 minutes before someone came to take our orders and bring the kid menus. A different waitress came, she messed up the orders while writing them down however we do believe she was training. Then a different person , this time a guy, waited at our table. He was fast, professional, super nice, and helped with anything. The food took so long to get to us. My fiance ordered a steak and shrimp fajita combo and when I tell you the shrimp were ice cold. 🤮 We were both highly confused and to why he had very cold shrimp but piping hot steak pieces.... My smokehouse order house came, the sausage wasn't cut up, which isn't a big deal but they forgot to make and bring the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas that go with it, so we had to wait for those but go them to go because we were there for hours waiting on everyone to get their meals. It WAS NOT busy at all. Besides us, there were about 4 other tables that had people. Very slow night, hardly any people there. So we don't understand why it took as long as it didn't for our meals. Also perplexing was the fact that waitresses were standing around talking or grouping together at ONE table to put together silverware..... It takes two max on a slow night, also there's a time and place to sit around and talk etc. You're at work to do your JOB. This was our first and likely last time coming to this location. 11/19/23. Service was HORRIBLE! Food was HORRIBLE! Chips and dip was a basket full of crumbled chips. Chicken wings not cooked thoroughly, steak fajitas overcooked to the point of tasting like dried rubber. Waitress never delivered serving plates, never checked in to see if food was okay or we needed refills. Had to keep asking others servers for help. The food was so bad I didn't even eat it. We just said forget it and decided to order fast food afterwards. NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULDN'T ORDER A COKE FROM THIS PLACE! The chilis in LaPlace is a complete waste of time. I chose curbside service and my food was badly thrown together. I guess the cook/kitchen don’t care. The loaded mash was horrible and condiments for my salad was buried at the BOTTOM of the container. This is my 3rd and final time visiting this location. I’m never goin back. The food tasted nasty. Loaded mash had a stint smell and was watery. This location is nothing the others in New Orleans or Metairie. Yuck. I have to order another meal for lunch Service Dine in

The food wasn't bad. The waitress was nice but at the same time didn't do enough for us to even remember her name. And that says a lot seeing that we usually only forget our waitresses name when we are buzzed. Then the girl that was helping her bring the food to the table was just walking out sitting stuff down and not even listening to us when we tell her what belongs to who. The waitress told my wife that her order comes with fries and I got them. And even on my plate there was only a hand full so it was a little disappointing. Not a good experience. Very slow service, food was ok. The server never pick up the menus, they sat on the table the whole time we were eating, she never came back to ask if we needed anything else. The restaurant wasn't very busy and it took a long while to get our food. The floor was dirty. I never go back there.
