First of all. Food here is pretty good.... i wouldn't say the best I have had at a chili's but it's good. Sometimes I have been served food that was cold (And it wasn't a salad lol ) and thts why I give it 3 stars. Service Sometimes could be better... especially when it isn't that full and you are having to wait a while for refills...
I need my drinks when I eat! Sometimes the smell isn't the cleanest and some of the booths are ready to change (literally a bit broken) Honesty I don't like giving reviews like this but. ... I must be honest and I feel this restaurant has been down a bit in the past years. Just my opinion!

After our dissapointment in Brasas de Palmas in Palmas del Mar, Humacao we visited here. We felt welcome and greeted. The food was awesome, the waitress was outstanding also bilingual. They need to work on their cocktails, were weak. Loved the menu. Options for local flavor.

For the first time in over 20 years we both enjoyed our meals at Chilis. Their new seafood menu was great, the shrimp dip was yummy, and the fish tacos were good, although the pieces of fish could have been larger. Since I do not eat meat, it was refreshing to have more than one choice for seafood. The hubby had chicken fajitas which came out cooked properly with lots of veggies. Servers were friendly and helpful, in spite of not speaking good English. We took the molten lava cake home and really enjoyed it too.

This is my favorite Chillis restaurant I have visited here in Puerto Rico, The service,food and employees are very good. That's why is always full because they are fast and food always comes fresh and don't feel is reheated. Excellent place to go with the family or with friend because they have a nice bar that is completely apart to the regular tables and don't bother.
