According to the guests' reviews, Mexican dishes here are quite nice. At this bar, try perfectly cooked grilled chicken, salsa & chips and chili. This place is famous for delicious margaritas or good beer. Taste great coffee or delicious lemonade, it's a must while visiting Chili's. Food delivery is a big benefit of this place. Most guests mention that the staff is professional. The cool service is a great plus of this spot. You will pay fair prices for your meal. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere here. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this bar a high rating.
Great service, friendly server, manager even checked on us. Had the Triple Meat Fajitas (split them between Wife and I). So Very Good! We will be going back soon. Not sure about other food items but the Fajitas definitely gave it th 5 star rating, chips and salsa were good as well.

Chicken Fajitas
I'm sad they stopped serving my chicken crispers. But the ones they do have seemed rubbery and the servings shrunk while prices went up. I literally had less fries then my daughter's kid meal and when I asked for more they felt obligated. The Best part was the mgr came by asked how everything was I expressed my complaint she immediately took me table tablet and did nothing except explain it's what their servings sizes are now. I came to the conclusion of she did not want me leaving any feedback when I paid my bill.

Steak Fajitas
I'm super impressed. There must have been a change in management here because this place is so much better than a year ago when I came in. Hostess was very welcoming and my server Kylee was great and had great recommendations! I'll definitely be back more often now that there's been so many improvements!

Chicken Enchilada Soup
I can’t say enough good about our experience at the Plymouth Chilis tonight (Friday night)!!! The food was amazing, the service was superior! From the hostess, to our AMAZING server Brittany, the food runners, and unsolicited visit by the GM just checking in on everything…this place runs like a well oiled machine! I don’t often review restaurants but this restaurant deserves to be recognized for the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the entire teams attention to detail. This place is a true reflection of great leadership/Management.
Well done Plymouth Chilis! You really made our date night!

We had a great time today at Chili's and honestly it was my first experience. The price rivals fast food chains like mcdonalds at this point - thats a reason itself to head in. We got secret sauce burgers, wings, soup, chicken sandwiches and everything was awesome.
The service was prompt, food was served pretty quickly and was hot! Our server was great and was happy to get us whatever we needed: refills, more sauce, more chips, etc
Our table and chairs were clean, bathrooms were clean, all in all we had a great experience and I know we will be back.

I like the one in Eagan better. I ordered 18 wings. And two different sauces. I think they messed one up because it wasn't even hot. Otherwise our waiter was pleasant.

Their 6oz steaks have weighed 4.2 oz the last 2 times my husband and I have ordered them To Go. We order Medium Rare so it’s not cooking off. In addition to that we have had missing soup, and other items multiple times. We live 15 minutes away so it’s not worth driving all the way back for them to correct. We love Chilis but won’t go back now. My husband even asked the employee to make sure the steaks were the right weight this last time , but apparently that is not doable - because they were 4.2oz again! How does the Cook justify this?

Service and food was very good and fast. Waitstaff was very attentive to our needs, bringing refills without having to ask! Food was hot and fresh tasting. Restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. Went back within a week and tried curbside. That was equally impressive!

Chicken Crispers
This was my first time going to a Chili's, so I do apologize for mentioning something that many know of.
First: Coca-Cola products.
Waitress. She was very nice to us, and had tried to be welcoming and accomodating to us. She checked up on us a few times through our lunch, but it could've been slightly more frequent since it only had 6 other patrons than myself and my fiancee, it looking basically empty. She wasn't the only one, too. There were at least another 1 or 2 waitresses. She was still very kind and had given decent recommendations, so I didn't feel it would be fair to remove the 20% gratuity.
Appetizers. They give bottomless chips(tortillas) and salsa, which was awesome. I had seen the skillet queso, and it said original and beef. I asked of that, and I was told it was just queso cheese and beef. I've enjoyed queso and beef mixed together before, so I figured I'd go with that. The queso that was brought out wasn't as I expected. I'm not one that eats beans, and when I had taken a first larger bite, I had not gotten beef. It turned me off quite a bit from that, but when maneuvering around the bean chunks, the flavor was still delicious. Reminded me of Chili Cheese Fritos. I had to order an entrée after that.
Entrées. Fiancee went with the Honey Chipotle Crispers. He stated the sauce was good, and the chicken wasn't dry at all. I had gotten the Just Bacon burger, and doubled it before asking about not having the lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles. I got it with no pink, and the entrées both came with fries. I got 2 pieces of bacon, and I had forgotten to ask them to make it crispy. Fiancée took them as we normally do, but he ended up not wanting it.
The bacon, he said, only tasted half cooked. I'd taken a pic specifically of the bacon for that reason, too.
So, with the now simple double cheeseburger, it was large in size, so that's a good thing. It was very juicy even though it was without pink, which said something there. The fries, I had gotten fresh ones, but after maybe 7 minutes later, it started to cool down fast, and removed the crispness of the fries.
For the juicy burger(minus half cooked bacon), and his enjoyment of the crispers, that is why 2 instead of less for food.
Half-cooked items give an instant 0 stars in my books normally. That it was the only thing wrong, it's of giving some leeway. If either of us gets sick, it definitely will drop to 0, but for now, we dodged that.
The price, with the 20%, equaled 65$, and at that price, it reminded him of why he stopped going. I can agree in comparison to other places we've enjoyed, obviously. XD

Run down, in need of repairs. Everything was dirty. The bathroom had standing water all over as shown. 2/3 of the restaurant was, "closed," as only one waitress showed up. Given that, they only were allowing 4 tables to eat at a time. Those 4 tables then were uncomfortably close as there was more than enough room to have some space while not adding steps. The waitress was nice, and the food was as shown in the pics. My steak for the fajita had a large area of gristle down the center which made it unedible.
