I must say I come here often and have had great experiences every time. The servers that I have had are very attentive with bubbly personalities. My food has always been great hot and fresh. Not to mention the cleanliness of this restaurant is always phenomenal. The Manager was very polite and very attentive as I noticed him walking the dining room and pop back into the kitchen. The waiting staff are very knowledgeable and friendly when I asked questions about the menu and drinks. The dining room and the restroom were kept clean and pleasant. The order was not correct, soup was watery, mashed potatoes were old! I drove from Rosharon and the only offer to correct the mistake was for me to get back in my car and drive for them to remake it! In these current weather conditions would not allow pickup on another day! After I explain that they have already closed the bridges for the day due to the ice on the roads and I have several bridges to cross to make it there!!!! This came from the manager on duty who was inconsiderate! I will never patronize this or any other Chilli’s establishment! If possible I would give them a ZERO! The WORST service I have received from any restaurant ever… haven’t had Chili’s in over 7 years for this very reason! Jose the Manager has no idea how to Manage people or customers! I will never go back to any location… They got my order WRONG, and was completely unwilling to make it right or do the right thing! A complete water offs time and money!
