The day time bartender is a true 💎. She should be the general manager and train all staff! The evening bartender is a total joke no nothing about the service industry or just doesn't want to be a professional... Thankfully we went through n the daytime our first visit,or we probably would never go back!!! How ever we are so happy with the daytime bartender we will only step foot in the door if she is working. Asked to be seated and they wanted to seat us by their kitchen trash cans and entrance. We didn't want to sit there so we asked if we could move and that section was closed so we asked if we could sit at a larger table and they said ok but then never came to serve us - no greeting no drinks didn't even come to the table. After ten minutes we left. Great service Chili's Service: 1

As I walked in this location I noticed a man throwing up in a trash can. Now any normal person would have walked out but being hungry, I decided to stay. The waiter was attentive and nice. He walked around and ensured that the guess were ok who had concerns about the sick customer. It turns out that the guy had other medical issues going on. I always order the Black Bean burger and Chili's never disappoints. My only con would be the silverware not being very clean. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Jake the bartender was great tonight! Took really good care of us. Only said no to one request which was understandable in the circumstances! Great bartender over all and would definitely recommend you see him for all your needs when visiting here! Price per person $20–30

We went tonight for my daughter's 7th birthday as we have for the last 3 years, per her request. As for any young child it makes them feel recognized and special when they sing happy birthday to them on their special day. They have done this every year for her, with the exception for tonight. I asked the waiter and even the evening manager, no one came. The food was not hot when it arrived at the table and my husband's burger was so hard he count even eat it. The restaurant smelled like burnt food and I am sure was my husbands burger. I have never left a bad review in my life anywhere. I am so disappointed with the customer care. Especially towards my daughter, coming here for her birthday brought so much joy to her. How do you think she is going to feel about you for the rest of her life. If you can't take one minute of your time to put a smile on a child face there is a problem! We will not be back. I will spend my $100.00 else where. Ordered a take out from Adrian the To-Go server, he had an attitude the whole time. After I paid he looked at the receipt and looked irritated, I wanted to tip at first but from the attitude and how he acted I changed my mind. My order was ready and I was not called up or notified. Bad service here… After I got my food ( which I should’ve checked) I went home and was about to feed my daughter, I noticed that the boneless wing was extremely hard for her to chew. (She’s 2yrs old.) Honestly I expected better service and food but I’d rather eat someplace else than to have to worry about how my food will turned out based on a workers attitude.
