If you have never tried Mexican cuisine, you should order a table at this bar. Do not leave without eating perfectly cooked salsa & chips, steak fajitas and chicken salads. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters offer good chocolate cakes, chocolate lava cakes and ice cream here. A lot of visitors order delicious margaritas or good beer. It's time to degustate great latte or delicious tea. Chili's is good for guests who have dinner in a hurry because they can order food as a takeaway. A lot of reviewers say that employees are nice at this place. You will like average prices. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is lovely. Server Mason was just not on his job. He forgot to put in our appetizer order, he was forgetful on getting drinks. He did apologize and we weren't the only table he was forgetful with. Right before we left we heard him apologize to a table near us...maybe he was having a hard day. I still tipped him 20%. I hope he has a better day or gets to go home and regroup! The people working at this Chili's made our visit so enjoyable. First, we were meeting some friends and the lady at the hostess stand helped us look for them. She then, along with I believe the manager, helped us get in as it was a slick, cold day and there were some mobility concerns. From there the hostess offered to keep flowers for us so we could eat and made sure we didn't forget them at the end. After we got done with our meal and had paid, the manager (I later learned his name is Terry) brought over a molten cake with 4 spoons for us all to share commenting that we couldn't have a celebration without cake. This was one of those days that makes you believe there are just some really thoughtful people in the world. Southlands is a middle place for us to meet some friends and we'll definitely be coming back to this Chilis for those meet ups going forward. Oh gosh, I almost forgot to mention the waiter... Chris was amazing as well!

The takeout gal tonight was on point. She literally came running out to grab my name. She then returned holding like there bags and a drink that turned out to be our order and another card order. All with a big smile and a friendly service first approach. Great job! Food was average as usual. Awesome service, and they have excellent teamwork! Fast, efficient and everything was right. Waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks were always filled. Felt right at home. I had an overall stellar experience here! I highly recommend this Chili’s when you are in the Southlands shopping area or getting a craving for a family friendly restaurant. I sat in the bar area and ordered the Saucey burger with a black bean patty. Ranch for my fries of course. The black bean patty tasted fresh. Fast friendly patient(had questions) service by Dan! The hostess smiled at me when I walked in and the GM Joe made a point to stop by and check on my experience. Thanks Chili’s Team! The service was great anytime we were here. The server tonight named Jake was fast and friendly. Right the way, he walked by and said I'll be right with you. He came back shortly to take our drink order. The drinks and food came so fast today. (Faster than any fast food.) He is one of the best servers we had for a long time. Med. Family and friends from out of town for lunch. No wait to be seated, we had an excellent server, his name was Jake, he did an excellent job, and he sometimes sings along with the radio while he’s serving! I missed it but I heard he has a nice voice! I’ll be back Jake just to hear you sing! I also like the fact that they put the silverware in this nice little paper envelope, nice touch! Growing up, I was hooked on Chili's. Now the food isn't as good as before. I expected much more than what I got. I'm willing to try a different location, but not this one again. The waiter was really great, though! It was just the food that was mediocre. 6/11/23-The food was about average for a Chili's, but what stood out about this one was the service from our waitress. She was super helpful, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and even gave us some extra chips to go with our dip we had left over to take home.
