Ordered food online. Next day went to pick up food. Person was rude. Seemed bothered to go over my order. Spent over $80.00. All sides were very good, but the bucket of chicken tenders were extremely dry. Very disappointed since that was for a very special occasion.

Beyond rude, gave bad food & manager was very unpleasant to me & my mom. Christina is the assistant manager & just hung up the phone on me. Some other lady mentioned that Trisha is the general manager. Christina is the one that was extremely rude to me when I called back avoiding the phone. She expressed that was had been with chicken shack for 17 years and this location opened up in 2012. If this is how they treat the customers in the area. I’m very disgusted & hoping Trish, if that’s her name, helps the situation.

Came in and ordered a chicken sandwich combo, employee said it would take 10 minutes. I watched 2 people come in after me and order/eat their food before I got mine. If you are in a rush don’t bother.

This place used to have large chicken bites and now they are mini bites. Portions suck now and the prices went up for less food. I have been eating here for 20 years and now I will be eating elsewhere.
