I love Chicken Salad Chick!!
My favorite is Classic Carol on white bread with their delicious grape salad!!
Would recommend this place to everyone! If a line deters you, it's well worth the wait, although those taking your order are excellent at keeping that line moving! Never more than a few minutes in line!!
My husband loves it when I go because I always pick him up one of the packaged in store containers of Classic Carol!

Grape Salad
This place was really clean and the staff was very helpful. The menu is focused around chicken salad, with many different kinds and flavors to choose from. They were out of their turkey and did not know when they would get more. The turkey is the only non-chicken salad choice that they have.
The soup was good, even though it is not made in store.

First visit here with a friend who recommended it. Staff recommended the traditional chicken salad over the popular classic & it was really good. I ordered the chicken salad melt combo with a side of pimento cheese (I didn't like the pimento as much). It comes with crackers & they gave a cookie with it. I don't like that the drink is a separate price & not part of the combo price. Total, I spent about $14.
It's a nice atmosphere & a good spot to sit & talk, as well. Also, good for a light meal yet filling.

I love this place, but the last two times, I was disappointed. The last time, my croissant wasn't fresh. This time the tomatoes were awful. I don't know how anyone could put this on a sandwich. I wouldn't eat it myself, much less see it and think it's okay to put on another person's sandwich. I do love that grape salad though and Fancy Nancy is my go to.
Although a little pricey, I admire what a great business concept this is. Everything is done to perfection. The menu is not incredibly diverse, but works well for this offering. Everything was very good. Lots of little touches. As an example, see the little signs that were in the men's restroom. (pics attached)
I tried for the first time a couple of weeks ago...and have already been back at least 4 times since then! I've told myself I'm going to venture out and try the different flavors of chicken salad, but the original is so good I end up getting it every time. Portions are generous and filling. The service is terrific, even with a line wrapped around the restaurant, which is pretty typical, they do their best to get people in and out while maintaining a high level of professionalism. It's definitely become a regular in my rotation, I can't recommend enough!

Broccoli Salad
I've ordered here through the website several times but this was my first time going into the restaurant. They were very busy but everything moved quickly. The food was good and I'll be back again for sure. I really like Sassy Scott and the chicken tortilla soup.

If you don't like mayo then this may not be the place for you. I did have a turkey sandwich and a cup of soup. The place was clean and we'll decorated. The staff was helpful and nice. The salad my wife ordered had some issues but the staff fixed that problem. Overall our visit was okay.
