We have been to the Gadsden Alabama location a few times. Yesterday was the last time. The person taking our order didn’t make eye contact, not the first time that’s happened. Soup was served cold had to take it back up front. Got it back somewhat warm but not hot no apology. We both ended up with stomach cramps after eating there. Done.
