The black shack security detail is very unprofessional,he demands customers to show a receipt 1st before one can use the lure, which I find is in correct as it is a public place, also bearing in mind that ppl at times do mess up,but i don't think tht should be a condition , because one myt want to 1st use the lure thn buy,or can be pressed while standing in the que,or wth a medical condition, as there is always a que

Usually the services depends on the number of customers present at that time. They serve spicy food only. There is no difference between take away and sit in you both have to wait at the counter for not less than 5 minutes waiting for your order. For a sit in its very rare to be offered fork and knife even glass for drinks.

The food was good enough as they usually do. However, the service wasn't the best for me. I understand that most people don't necessarily love their work. However, when working with people in places such as these, one needs to have good public relations and people skills. It's a great place to rub shoulders with people who may recommend you for something better. So the ladies at this outlet need some training and how to handle clients in a way that will make one want to spend more or come back again. I went to the Show Grounds Chicken Inn with 4 kids. Needless to say they thoroughly enjoyed playing there and also got engrossed with computer games. The service andcustomer care is excellent, fast , friendly and efficient. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
