Chicken Factory is a roasted chicken specialist which has opened up quite a few branches around the city in residential area shopping malls like this branch at 2/F of the Ma On Shan Plaza. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm daily. They have a fair sized seating area. You can do take-away and delivery in the area as well.
Recently passed by and used the self-order machine and ordered the roast chicken lunch set (HK$50) that came with choice of (curry, chilli or no) sauce and choice of 2 of 3 (veg, roast potato and/or rice) along with a drink. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes, was a generous portion and tasted pretty good. Chicken was roasted nicely, curry sauce was nice, rice fragrant and roasted potatoes just fine.
Overall, not a bad lunch, fairly good value for money and left me very full. Worth a try if you have a Chicken Factory in the area and fancy a roast chicken lunch.

A better than expected semi fast food meal with a roasted chicken and roasted fresh vegetables at a very reasonable budget price. The size o the choice is really decent, seasoning is not bad and can be compensated by the crispiness of the roasted skin. Vegetable served are fresh not frozen which is very surprising as a fast food store. The place is self service with clear direction, a hand washing station and will be even better if the arrangement of recycling system they wanted to express is a bit more organized but good start.

Never choose those so called "upgraded version" half chicken or related combos! Their staff would sneakily replaced them with smaller size chicken!!! Been suffered more than twice!

叫左兩個烤雞餐
A餐（烤春雞半隻咖哩汁+雜菜+白飯+冷泡茶）$56
B餐（大烤雞半隻麻辣汁+焗薯+油飯+檸檬水）$68
烤春雞比大烤雞肉質嫩滑
但Size大烤雞真係大隻好多
咖哩汁有d似日式咖哩
麻辣汁正常唔算好辣
雜菜偏硬有d燶
焗薯好食
白飯偏硬冇香味有d難食
油飯還好
冷泡茶有茶味幾好
檸檬水都唔錯
整體黎講不過不失
價錢平、份量多
但個飯真係唔係幾好食
本身個雞都幾香
加左醬汁反而有d唔夾
下次有機會試下食下午茶

以快餐店嚟講，呢間嘅menu選擇都算多，而佢嘅下午茶認真抵食!(星期一至日2-6p)。繼豪XX之後，呢度嘅炸🐓可以算係我第2間最鍾意食嘅，仲好過隔離嗰間韓國嘢出品(需然論裝修同座位舒適度就隔離贏咗)。平時怕熱氣，所以嚟親多數嗌迷你海南🐓飯嚟食，雖說下午茶但都令人夠飽，而呢度個飯無論香料同配料都唔會欠奉，所以怕肥膩嘅朋友可以將油飯轉白飯(小弟唔怕，所以繼續食返油飯)，當然講到舊🐓嘅話用咩部位就要視乎運氣😛今日有食炸🐓咁我順便介紹埋~個椒鹽炸🐓大概有5舊，而且香口之餘炸粉亦唔會過厚，攞嚟送埋磨菇飯真係一流。跟餐加咗$12要咗個焗薯(唔係平時西式嗰隻)，個🥔真係焗得幾香不過今日略嫌唔夠熟，會唔會整到變薯角嘅size易熟d?講返個炸🐓用嘅應該係用類似7味粉嚟調味，如果將個枝粉放喺櫃枱俾人任落我會開心d😁至於嘢飲方面，每個餐係跟1枝，我飲開嘅都係綠茶貪佢唔使加$，而呢度嘅豆漿就要加$2兼且細枝d，不過就有黑芝麻同原味揀，咁我冇飲過原味但黑芝麻我就覺得幾好飲，如果唔介意貴d嘅話都可以揀其他嘢飲~最後想講下個服務，嗰度有個叔叔特別殷勤，疑似係店長，不過其他員工都有禮貌嘅，作為快餐我覺得呢個位值得加分!

$58 一隻燒雞，價錢算很不錯。海南雞飯也有一定水準。下次可試其他菜式。不過堂食坐得不太舒適，還是外賣較好。
