The food is ok but the portions have got a lot smaller and the prices have gone up. We got the 20 piece tenders and it cost almost $50 and the tenders were so small. I would not mind paying the 50 if the tenders were as big as they once were. For 2 dollars a tender the size is ridiculous. Swung by this joint in the morning. To be fair we like the chicken but this location was out of almost everything. Instead of telling us as we were ordering they waited until we got to the window and paid. Then they offered to give us some extra to make up for only getting legs, but they did not. The corn on the cob was overcooked, dry and wrinkly. The rolls are good, the servings are smaller than at other locations, especially the gravy. Like I stated at the beginning...we like Chicken Express in general, just not the Saginaw location.
