Harold took our order while we were in line and he was great. After we got our food and sat to eat Harold came around and ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else and I had forgotten to get ketchup so Harold went and got ketchup for us, very good customer service. when the order is correct the food is good, but they have too many people who don't even know how to make the order according to their own menu or instructions. i have actually come across some rude workers here, as well. i've had one person ignore me when i tried to get her attention because my order was made incorrectly but she acknowledged two men minutes later. This is hands down one of the best fast food places I’ve ever been to. #1 the staff is amazing, they are friendly and work very hard to keep the place running smoothly. Even though it’s busy and the line was long, they kept it moving quickly. It’s clean, and such a great atmosphere. The food is good, but the staff is awesome.
