I ordered my food I put in the Pleasant Grove address on the app for some reason it went to Sierra College. I went in to pick up my order which was not of course available. The girl that worked there called the manager over and question the manager helped me got my correct food And took care of everything so fast. I was very impressed by the customer service and I’ve never had a bad sandwich or food from Chick-fil-A. Always good kids working there good people and never a hassle always smiles. Best customer service I have seen in a long time, my gift card wasn't working which should have been for 10 bucks. Luckily the manager was kind enough to honor my gift card amount and give me the food anyway. Top tier service, nothing less I'd expect from Chic-fil-a. Polite employees but just a bit of chaos, looks like they are usually training new people. So some of the takeout order got delivered, but they chased me down to give me the other part of the order they forgot. Appreciate the effort they put in. It's consistently busy. The line outside was very long, and I went to dine in, and they brought my food very quickly. Nice and hot. My food tasted great! I love the fires they have with their Chick-fil-A sauce.
