I always buy in this location, even though I heard a lot of complaints about this place, but today I get really disappointed with my food, I ordered a Cobb salad and my salad had few small pieces of raw chicken and that’s it. What has happened to this restaurant location!!! Order accuracy is out the window. I have ordered 4 large unsweetened teas for years from this location daily. Ever since they remodeled this location my order has not been correct. They kept giving me sweet tea so I would have to drive back to have it corrected. After a number of times I started tasting the tea before I leave. Yesterday after 3 tries they still couldn’t get it right. I even suggested that their drink labels were off. By the 3rd time I was DONE and just wanted my money back. Until I see a major improvement via these reviews. I don’t plan to go back to this location although it’s the most convenient by distance not time! Literally was there for an HOUR yesterday and walked out with NOTHING! UPDATE 3/7/24 after seeing this review the manager reached out to me via email with an opportunity to let them get it right. I ordered from this location using the Chick Fil A app and my order took 30 minutes past the latest promise delivery time to arrive. The food was cold and soggy. They forgot to include any of the sauces I ordered. The large fry I ordered was filled halfway. No straws were included even though I ordered drinks. Sounds like other people experience these same issues when ordering delivery direct from this location. I tried calling and the store didn’t pick up… I am kinda at a loss as to why this happened. This is by far the slowest chickfila I have ever been to. Food was good and people were nice, but there was no urgency to serve the customer that I have felt at other places. I’ve had no problems for years but today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich cuz I have a sore throat and don’t want fried chicken. After getting home, I find out they forgot the chicken. Wow. At least I have other chicken sandwiches to get some meat but like, how does this even happen. My normal chicken sandwich and my girlfriends spicy deluxe are fine. It must be some sort of mixup cuz my box doesn’t even have a sticker on it. I just tried calling back the seven corners restaurant and nobody picked up. My chicken sandwich deluxe was great and the piece of chicken so big.The fries good and de sauces.Very crowded but the line moved fast because some employees take the orders from the line using a tablet. I liked it this place.
