Love the chicken nuggets, able to bite into them if they cool off. Big fan of the waffle fries. Best to go inside to order instead of getting hung up in the to go line. Shakes are yummy also. Food: 4 Service: 4

Drive thru was packed but service was good and we moved along faster than I thought. This was my first time to eat there. My granddaughter loves the chicken sandwich. I ordered chicken strips and was really disappointed. They were small and pricey. But, good taste. Poor service! We placed our order, which included #1 meal with additional 8 count nuggets, at 3:01. Received our food at 3:16. Waffle fries weren’t even warm, bun for sandwich felt as if it had just been taken from the cooler. I’m not sure why we go back on a regular basis because the wait time is always long but usually the food is somewhat fresher than today. CFA is known for quality food and usually quality service. This one falls short. This has been our experience the last 4 or 5 times we’ve visited in the last two weeks. Sadly for us, I think we’re done. We love Chick-fil-a! We used the mobile app to place our order as we were driving into Hattiesburg. We got in line at the drive thru and told the waitress we had an online order. She was so happy we had an online order. With just a few taps on her tablet she was able to move on to the next customer in line. It really makes it so much easier for staff and faster for other customers. The app is the way to go if you eat Chick-fil-a often, because you can earn points/free food. In this case, one of our orders of chicken nuggets was free. Thanks again, Chick-fil-a. We plan to be back again. Food: 5 Service: 5

I used to really like this location because they were fast, friendly, and it was good quality food. However, today I went through the drive through for lunch and when I got back to the office to eat, I noticed the waffle fries were cold - as in not even completely cooked cold, so I threw those away. Then, after drinking some of my tea, I decided to pour it into my insulated cup and when I took the lid off, I noticed a very long black hair stuck to the inside of the cup. FYI, I don't have long or black hair at all. What on earth is going on??? This place used to be awesome, even if they couldn't ever get my name right.
