I usually never have anything bad to say about Chick-fil-A but the last few times I’ve ordered a large meal, and the fries are usually filled (most of the time) But todays order really made me angry especially spending $15 to get a half filled fry, it’s not right. OK if you’ve had Chick-fil-A, you already know it’s five stars. But why would I give five stars for atmosphere? See the attached photo, flowers at each table. I haven’t actually eaten in the restaurant before, that came as a surprise to me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was super crowded but the service and food was still exceptional. The food came out fast and was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well kept too. I broke my leg a few weeks ago. I stopped to get a bite (on my crutches). Their sandwiches never disappoint. I close my eyes so there's no competition for my attention, and my taste buds have a party! The staff person in the dining area asked to help me. And when I left, another customer asked to remove my tray and throw out my trash. Always, I run into kind and thoughtful staff and interesting and engaging customers. The atmosphere is always happy! I asked for dip twice and was told it was in the bag. Drive back to work and had no dip in the bag. Ate the dry grilled chicken bits alone. Chicken soup was good. I like the extra crackers with the soup. This is the first time I have had an issue there. Ordering here is really hit or miss. Sometimes it blows my expectations out of the water and other times it's just wholly disappointing. I tried the drive thru pick up option today and won't be doing that again. I noticed my order sitting on the outside ledge of the window, it was there the whole time I was in line and judging by how cold my fries are it'd been there longer than I had been. I'm glad they don't charge for extra dressing, considering I didn't receive any for my salad. But other times I've ordered the fries were fresh and even the chicken on the salad was still warm. 🤷 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
