I want to preface this by saying the service at this chick-fil-a is ALWAYS top tier- as it is at all chick-fil-as’. BUT THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A IN TOWN. The sandwiches are never crispy or breaded thoroughly, and a total disappointment for the chicken sandwich. We try to avoid this location at all costs and when possible go to the International location where we get a more consistent food experience. After this time we will probably avoid the Ormond location entirely, it costs $20 for two meals now only for us not to finish the sandwich because it now tastes like cafeteria food. I would like to take this time out to show my appreciation to the staff at this Chick-fil-A. My experience was awesome, fun and perfect. The food gave me great joy the crunch from the nuggets, the hot lightly salted fried waffle fries and special. Shout out to Kyla for dissecting my order and getting it perfect. I love Chick fil a and visit a location weekly, somewhere in the US it seems. This location is very nicely landscaped and breathtakingly clean on the inside. Stopping in for a quick visit this evening, it took seven minutes for my order to be expedited, so I asked Emily about it. She assembled my order and sort of "handed" it to me with no eye contact or thank you. I was very surprised by this behavior from a Chick fil a employee and certainly in this neighborhood! Anyway, the food was scrumptious and I will come again. The next time, I do hope to be greeted by another team member who is more on the friendly and attentive side. Entire order was cold. Kids nuggets, fries, all cold. The cheese on my sandwich did not melt the slightest bit. Highly disappointing as this location definitely does not live up to the Chick-fil-A standard. Food also took about 15 min to arrive to our table. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
