You know I try and try and give this chic fila multiple opportunities and i get more disappointed then I actually due gratification. Due to being close to work I usually get breakfast 3 times a week here and occasionally lunch. My orders are usually always wrong, or the wait is astronomical even when app ordering. So today we ate in with my family for lunch. I ordered on the app because the line was to the door, I ordered my food and drinks and added the table number as required. The drinks were delivered super fast and correct. Unfortunately that was the only positive I have, the food never showed for 20+ minutes just to find they bagged it to go on the little shelf they have. So once I got my order and sit down I find out that my 12ct nugget wasn't even in the bags. So once again I had to go stand at the counter and wait for the nuggets. I guess lucky for them there is no other chick fila in the area, otherwise I wouldn't come here. Note I've been coming here since the establishment was first opened. Generally when I go to Chick Fil A I alternate between this location and the Aberdeen location farther into Maryland. I haven’t really had a bad experience up until recently. Mobile Thru was introduced and at first the wait took forever and didn’t necessarily feel like you were “skipping the line” when you ordered ahead, but as time went they’ve gotten a lot faster in that lane. The second to last time I came, I ordered two drinks and received no straws (not a big deal, I had an extra straw in my car and just drank from the cup in the other). On my last visit however, I went to get Chicken Minis for breakfast and the quality of the chicken wasn’t good. I took a bite into one of them and had to grab a picture because I couldn’t believe it. The drive thru line was super long, but our whole experience was fast and positive. We were greeted by a super friendly worker. The food came out shortly thereafter and we were good to go. My first time eating breakfast here, now granted I knew the cashier but she had a smile and took my order...I actually asked what she liked and she told me a few..we picked the spicy burrito....omg that is now my favorite better than McDonald's...thank you so much Levi! It was nice seeing and talking with her...I have to say she is always pleasant and friendly... highly recommend.... I usually don't leave reviews as negatively as this one, but when you order food you expect your food to arrive to you. I ordered a grilled nuggets combo with a side salad and a side entree of chicken nuggets from them on 12/29/23 and I only received the side salad. No nuggets, no drink. I was very un happy with my Chick-fil-A experience recently I was crazy for food I haven’t ate all day the person who took my order didn’t even take my mobile app so I could redeem my rewards and on top of that they forgot my ice cream which I thought was in the bag now I can’t even find my receipt and I paid 21.00 dollars for one meal and the fries wasn’t even a large fries.
