On 2/17/24, I paid for a spicy sandwich meal with lettuce + an additional spicy sandwich with lettuce and paid the price for that but was only given one spicy sandwich with lettuce on it. Universally, Chick Fil A is well-known for its care and consistent attention to kindness and customer service,.. my favorite restaurant. However, of the many I have visited and ordered from, ONLY ONE have I found to be unbelievably indifferent to customers. That is the EASTON, Maryland store. Just today, we asked for hot waffle fries. The young lady apologized for past inconveniences and lapses in customer care only to repeat the carelessness and hand us barely warm fries. This store's staff is unabashedly arrogant and disrespectful. Oh, the two parfaits we purchased,... they bothered not to put them in our bag. This issue of one of many. Contacting the manager is a waste of words. But we have found the answer. Drive 12 minutes southeast to the Chick-Fil-A in Cambridge, Maryland and you will find real customer service, hot fries, smiles, and meticulous attention to giving customers what they pay for. If I could give a 10 star rating I would and that would be solely off of the catering service we received today from the gentleman that delivered our order. Not only did he make 3 trips to ensure our order was perfect, he was kind, friendly and polite. We cater a few times every couple of months and I will be recommending this restaurant again without a doubt. I wish I had gotten his name, but FYI: This gentleman is a KEEPER! GREAT REPRESNTATION!! The chicken tastes bland at best and the texture is just unbearable. This isn't specific to Easton. I have no idea why people eat here. Last time I ate here, I got waffle fries (the only good thing on the lunch menu) and drove to Popeye's afterwards. Service was fine. I’m not sure what it is about this location specifically but it’s like they actively try to not give you any sauce. I order “Togo” for 4 people and was assuming I’d get an amount of sauce you’d assume 4 entire meals would need. I got a single bbq sauce, a single chick Fil a sauce. At any other place I wouldn’t feel the need to check if my order was correct. Obviously I won’t make the same mistake again. Thanks for being weirdly greedy with your sauces? Let me start by saying I love chik fila I’ve been a patron since they opened their doors. I’ve eaten chik fila all over the United States so I can say with confidence I’m familiar with how a chikfila works and it’s customer service. I’m very disappointed with my visit to chik fila in Easton. Usually when we make that final decision to eat something not healthy and lower our moral standard based on “fast “ food and the convenience of it. My review is a 1 star and it’s more a customer service base. I’m apologize for being so harsh on my rating but I believe it’s deserved. I pull up to chik fila per usual getting my order I usually get, but this time I had my car full with people waiting at home and a puppy in the car. Very politely I asked for a little help hoping they would throw out a garbage cup so I could make space for the food/ beverages I had purchased. I couldn’t walk in the store because again I have a puppy in the car and he tends to chew on leather, I’m driving a Mercedes SUV let me Add, and obviously no dogs inside. All this being said I asked the employee if there’s a trash can outside so I can properly dispose of my garbage vs the rest of the Maryland crowd whom would happily litter everywhere at the first sign of no garbage can. I love chick fil a and have been a happy customer for years going there at least once a week. I had a late day at work in the Easton area which I am not normally in. I ordered around 9pm in person. No one greeted me for over 5 minutes. I literally kept moving around so the staff could see me. It seemed Easton was doing a training or something because no one was at the cashier spot. I go to the Grandview location every week and they are on point every week. Just would advise to tell your staff to greet people after 9pm when they are in the lobby. Service: 1
