We got our food fast. The chicken doesn't look the same as I'm used to, not sure what they are doing differently. Trashes were all very full, no idea who the operator is as the sign doesn't show. One of the least organized chick fil a locations I've been to. Employees aren't as clean looking as they should be, especially with the women having their hair not well put up, only 2 employees wearing hats. Clearly the operator isn't as involved as they should be. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I’m writing this review after multiple times of the same problem occurring. ANY TIME I ask for any extra condiments they give me as little as possible. I bought 2 salads and asked for extra ranch for both. Gave me 1 ranch each for both salads. I also ask for honey roasted bbq for sandwiches and fries for 1 meal. They gave me 2 packets. After spending $40 on 2 salads, a #2 , and a large Mac N Cheese it isn’t right or make sense to give a little more in the bag? And this is why I’ve changed my review from 5 to 2. To ensure you all know I’m insulted. And like I said it happens all the time here. Not enough condiments and no one seems to know what EXTRA means. And when told to give me extra they say it’s already in the bag and poof just like that it isn’t. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

This is by far one of the best Chick Fil A's in the Midlands. Service is always professional and the staff greet everyone with a warm smile. Service is stellar and fast. The play place is fantastic for littles and tucked into a corner where it's easy for parents to enjoy their meal while their little ones burn off their ice cream! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For a person with Celiac disease it is hard to find places that offer food I can eat. I can have the grilled Nuggets and they make a point to change out their gloves to I don't have cross contamination. That makes a big difference. Long wait at the drive thru window for my food to then be told to drive to handicap parking space around building where I waited for several more minutes before finally receiving my order. Only to find out that my order was incorrect. Love Chick-fil-A, but I've now had a few bad service experiences at this particular location. Not sure I will be returning here in the future. Usually, side salad is nice, full, and green. So disappointed in this experience. After picking out bad pieces of lettuce, I was left with a small amount salad. Hopefully this was a one time thing and my next experience is back to normal!

I love chick fil a. I really do. Y’all I’ve never been a chick fil a as slow as this one. The employees are constantly just talking away while making customers, especially in the drive thru, wait so long for their order.

This used to be the go-to place but it has turned into a very SLACK run of the mill restaurant. Was told to pull around and wait for an order…after 20 minutes of waiting and watching countless cars go through the drive-thru, had to call to remind them was still waiting on my very basic order. The evening staff is a bunch of young kids that are worried more about flirting and talking it up than they are getting their job done. When I pay premium prices for food (close to 10$ for a number 1), I expect PREMIUM service. I spend more at Chik-Fil-a than any other restaurant but that is about to change. The food tastes good but the fries are cooked in peanut oil. In these health conscious times maybe they should look into better alternatives. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
