You can’t dine in, your food is always cold, staff has no customer service ethics, and they just tops your food in bag, to be a new establishment they hate their jobs. I order one market salad and got three in one container and the meat is missing in action.

This is their second day so delays are expected. I tried mobile pick up since I work nearby. My coworker said her order was ready yesterday faster than expected on their first day.
Be prepared that there is no walking in to the restaurant as described. When I went to the waiting area as the app tells you, it is a little awkward because you are facing the employees or the sun with no shade in the morning. Initially, I was told my order would be out “in a second” and then 15 min later I got my sandwich. They apologized as there was a large order ahead of me, so it was beyond 2-9min wait listed so I stood there in the sun sweating in my work clothes. There is seating; however, there was a large group of employees there eating and running away from wasps. Not the best experience but I would go back because the food is consistently delicious.

Yes! It's the same old story that it his hands down THE best fast food restaurant on the planet!
Why? Because of the great location, excellent service, and delicious items they offer!
This Chik-fil-A is centrally located in Colonial Park among three major strip malls. If you want a quick bite between shopping, the lines are long at the time, but they move relatively quickly for a brand new location. Be patient, and you WILL enjoy your food!
My favorite thing about Chik-fil-A is that it offers excellent healthy choices. I am a fitness enthusiast and prefer to get as much quality protein in a meal as possible. Chick-fil-A fits that bill to the "T" and offers many choices.
If you're in the Colonial Park area, stop in. You will not be disappointed because it's always, "The same old story!" 😁

I love coming here pretty much every Friday. It's fast and convenient, and their nuggets and fries are my all-time favorite! Not to mention, I love a good Arnold palmer, and so I always get their sunjoy to drink. The ice they use are the little nuggets and so when my drink is gone, I always eat the ice as well. The employees are always cheerful and kind, and that truly makes a difference since a lot of places have horrible customer service nowadays. I will always choose Chick-fil-A over any other fast food place.

Chick-Fil-A Nuggets
The first drive thru only Chick-fil-A in our area. It may be always busy but it is a very fast and efficient operation. The food and service are great just like the other Chick-fil-A I've been too. Every company needs to use their customer service training. They can be having the worst day ever but they will stay thank you by name and tell you it was their pleasure to serve you.

#1 the stupidest Chick-fil-A‘s in the country. Don’t waste your time stopping here.
It is a drive-through only location.
There is no public restroom.
There’s no indoor dining area.
You are outside in the freezing cold, placing your order the line is outdoors with no covering from the rain or snow.
Terrible place. Nowhere to sit down and eat your meal because the outside seating area is covered with snow or rainwater and it’s freezing cold outside.

Chick-fil-A is a MUST stop whenever we are close to one (the closest to us is about an hour and fifteen minutes away). The food is incredible, we always get extra for the next day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every store we have ever been in is always spotless. Even though they are always packed, the wait is never long, they are extremely organized. And Chick-fil-A should be put in charge of the department of transportation. I've never seen such organized chaos where everyone is gappy and gets exactly what they asked for. WITH A SMILE!!

So disappointing to see the rapid decline in service. Breakfast burritos have shrunk dramatically the last two times I've ordered from here. Both times the restaurant was out of hashbrowns with more than an hour to go for breakfast. I really hope this location can turn things around for the better soon.

I love chikfila. Truly, i do, but this location needs to do better with their service and timeliness. i know they are a new store, and a new concept with drive thru and walk up only, but we have consistently had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes in the drive-thru, both ordering there and ordering ahead for mobile pick-up. Please get better.
