This location was amazing when they first opened! Service was speedy and food was great. I always use mobile thru and wait times have gotten longer and longer. Today I waited so long I almost left because I had to get to work. I expect to wait forever at McDonald’s because I’m paying for cheap food and not service, but chick fil a’s prices are so high that I definitely expect more. The one in Westfield is slower which makes sense because it’s so busy, but today at this one there were maybe a total of 5-6 cars. 🫠

I love this Chick-fil-A. I have one closer to where I work but I prefer the West Carmel location. The crew are always smiling, kind, helpful and obviously love their job. Something about a positive atmosphere makes your food taste better, not that the food isn't already excellent! Bypass the Pyramid location and hit the Chick-fil-A on 99th and Michigan. It is worth the extra few minutes of driving.

Another great CFA location! I like that this one is closer to the areas I do my shopping in. This location offers the Mobile Drive Through, which makes pick up quick and easy.

Not only have we dined at this location we have also used their catering on a couple of occasions. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the service. Of course you can't go wrong with the food!
