They were the premier chicken establishment, if it wasn't for their attention to what the customer needs and the consistency of the entrees they are serving cane's would move into that spot. Have to update my review for 2/24/24 because I’ve been getting shorted of fries and am not happy. This is not acceptable guys. PREVIOUS REVIEW 10/2024: It sucks that people are having poor experiences here. My food was exactly what I wanted.
I came through the drive-thru today and everything was fine until I picked up my order. I never saw on the menu that the mango lemonade only came in a small size. When the male, heavy-set male manger with glasses handed me my drinks I made the comment I ordered a meal shouldn't my drink be bigger? He snapped at me and said no, it only comes in a small. It isn't on the menu or did I see it anywhere when the girl took my order on the Ipad. I said, maybe you guys should display that and he was rude to me. On top of that, I was given the wrong order. When I went back to get my correct order, Brian the manager in training was amazing. He helped get my order to me. But then again, I was given my original order. So once I arrived at work, our food was cold and not good. I am disappointed by this experience and I thought your employees were supposed to be nice and amazing. I went to the drive thru for my order. The outside property was clean and presentable. The staff was on-point. There wasn't a long line so no associate outside to start the order process with the tablet. My order was correct and the food was good. The location is good. It's nice to see a Chick-fil-A location in areas that could really use a fast food menu with polite staff. Food service is great!!! I order and I’m not even sitting down yet when they bring my food already. This is one of the few places in the restaurant business that still has a playground ground for my little ones. Chick Fil A is a great place to be. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I never leave reviews, but my experience here called me to do so. I received a coupon for a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich a couple years ago. I put it in my wallet and forgot about it because I always had money in my account. Things have changed and my account ran dry. I was hungry and rediscovered the coupon which was now 8 months expired. Trying not to play my violin, I explained to their young service member that I was hungry and had no money, only this long expired coupon. The young service member took initiative to honor my expired coupon and another offered me an additional chicken sandwich free of charge, which I accepted as I really was very hungry. I wanted to take this opportunity to praise Chick-Fil-A, but most especially these young lads (whose names I will not mention for fear of their kindness being seen as professionally reprehensible). this chick-fil-a is terrible. they always get my order wrong, and using curbside is pointless because they put you on the back burner and take forever to bring you anything, even if it’s as easy as 2 drinks. the employees are not nice ever and we come a TON! it’s consistently been like this for months. and they never send our rewards or anything. save yourself and go to Aspen Grove or really any other chick-fil-a. I love chick-fil-a but this is consistently the worst.

Several weeks ago I went through the drive-through to grab lunch. Upon almost finishing my lunch, I bit down on something very hard. It was a stone from a piece of jewelry. I contacted the store immediately and let them know what it happened. A gentleman by the name of Pepe, who introduced himself as a manager offered no apology, rather said that it would have to be “investigated” and then they would call me back. A couple days went by and I received no return call. I called back to the store and asked to speak with someone else and was told that they would have a general manager, Jacob, contact me, since I had not been called back from my previous inquiry. A few more days went by with no return call. I contacted Chick-fil-A cares and let them know that I had had some issues that are going unaddressed. I shared with them It had now been a couple weeks and I was really frustrated because I could have broken a tooth, it was disgusting to find foreign objects in my food, and in my mouth while chewing, no one had even offered an apology at this point, and I was also told by a Chick-fil-a cares rep that there should not even be jewelry worn in food prep areas. Even worse, I had no idea what type of jewelry this stone even came out of, or what part of the body it had been on. The Chick-fil-A rep assured me that my complaint with Chick-fil-A cares customer service line would be sent to the store copied to leadership and to the owner/operator of the franchise. They also assured me that I should hear back from someone at that site. More days went by without a reply. In total I contacted Chick-fil-A cares three times. They even told me they escalated it to their supervisor at the cares line. After five attempts to contact Chick-fil-A And get someone to address the issue of foreign objects in my food, I contacted the health department. The health department responded to me very quickly. They also contacted the location and were told that the issue have been resolved And someone from the store had communicated this to me. Unfortunately, this is not true. To this day, 5 weeks later, I have never heard back from Chick-fil-A with even an apology for finding a piece of someone’s jewelry in my food while eating it. I am disgusted and disappointed. Do not eat at the store. They clearly do not care about their customers. I have included a picture of the stone affixed to a piece of tape. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Slow drive thru cashier. Got the order wrong. Had to back in to correct the sauce. Then get back to the car to discover no fork. Awesome management here as drive thru cashiers stand near the speaker taking no orders and management can’t be bothered to check the orders before they hand the bad to the customer at the window. Got all the way home to realize I wasn't given my drink but also the grilled gluten-free sandwich I ordered was breaded with a grilled sticker. As much as I would LOVE to eat the breaded one, I can't. This is the 1st time I have ever been so very disappointed by Chick-fil-A Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
