This location has been making mistakes lately and NOT paying attention to the orders especially the big orders. I ordered 5 meals on my lunch break for myself and the staff and items were missing out of the bag,so I had to go back up there on my lunch to get the items. The manager didn’t apologize. She just sat the bag on the counter. I wasted my entire lunch there and had to deal with the heavy traffic. My fries were cold once I finally got to my food. I am truly frustrated with this location. They didn’t separate the meals to make it easier to see what was missing. My order # is-5210556

Today I had the grilled nuggets, fries, and a Coke. The fries were hot and crispy, the nuggets were just right and the Coke had a good mix of syrup and carbonation. I used the app to order with pick up in drive thru. It worked ok but the GPS tracking is a little tight which doesn’t allow the food prep to start until you are in line. During busy times I’m sure it works fine but with a fast line it can mean waiting longer. Don’t get it twisted, I like fast lines but if my order is holding up folks behind me I don’t want that. I’ll probably do curbside next time to avoid holding up the line. I’d love a check in option for drive thru so if I’m a few people back it will start the cooking rather than having to get to a person first. Fast service isn’t a problem, just a thought on making it even faster. Good food, great folks.
