Some of the workers here are really, really nice. But the young manager boy, nah. I placed my online order and added my sauces. Picked up my order and was told that they no longer give two sauces for a sandwich, it’s a new rule. So an extra sauce would be $.10 ok that’s fine but I had NO cash cause I placed my order ONLINE. If that’s the case why doesn’t it say that in the app?? They really tried to get me to use my credit card to buy a ten cent sauce! No customer service skills. I went to this location and waited in line. When I got to the window. I was told to move up and over to the other side and someone would bring me my food. I really did not want to and was told by James who was at the window that if I didn't move he would call the cops. I was really appalled and that no one at the window even said anything. Went to the one on Lindbergh, and went inside to get some gift cards for my granddaughters teacher. was greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant. I decided to order a chicken sandwich , then ask for the honey mustard to put on the the sandwich, when I tell you this was a game changer. The chicken was cook to perfection. The place was clean and service was very fast. I would give them a 10 if I could. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time I come to this location & order big they keep some of my food! Yet I go because it’s so convenient because I live close. The person taking my order was very rude today & that’s not a good look. I should have just doubled check my orders as well as them making sure everything was there each time. Staff seem not trained very well. I had to repeat my order to the young lady 4 or 5 times. I only ordered chicken minis with a lemonade. Then my order was ready and bagged and just sitting. 10/25/23 I went to the location today and the Nuggets were much better. The fries were still salty. But not as bad as they were before. The service is always fast, so no problem there. The fries are always super salty. The nuggets are always dry, and salty. A couple of friends said they experienced the same. Not sure what’s going on at that location. Every time we go the fries are extremely salty, and we always have to ask for more fries.

I came thru your drive thru morning as I pulled up at home and checking my bag I notice I was missing a bowl. I called the store #03585 and spoke with a young lady. As she proceeded to hang up I hear her say I put that chicken bowl in the bag bro so I called back to speak with a manager I still hear her saying she put the bowl in the bag which she didn’t I only have one bowl I paid for two! I also heard them say hang up the phone and I am trying to call back and the line is busy! You have very unprofessional crew workers and this suppose to be a black own store smh every picture I sent is the items that is in my bag there is no other bowl but one and I paid for two! I don’t have to lie about a bowl to get an extra and I work next door to this location and I’m a manager so that was very rude and unprofessional of that young lady and whoever else who answered when I ask yo speak to a manager smh! Normally my food is prepared fresh and accurately, however my online order was made incredibly wrong. I tried calling several times to have my order corrected but no one answered. For these reasons, I am giving a 2 star rating. Furthermore, I will not be ordering through Uber Eats again.

Horrible customer service! They always mess up my order. Got home wrong salad! They say, "We can give you a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience". Bring the salad back and we will give you a replacement one. The managers are horrible! Just GHETTO! I will go to West County where I get better service. TORY, the manager! Asked for no bacon, they put bacon on my salad anyway. When I showed my receipt liked advised , with pictures, and video ( because it was the next day) they said I need to have the salad. Not only was I met with attitude, the manager Yvonne rolled her eyes and spelled her name with a nasty attitude, good thing I was on the phone with corporate and the lady heard her. Now you can say what you want about restaurants but I thought Chick-fil-a was the highest ranking in good customer service. I wasn’t asking for money I was just asking for another salad. I don’t eat bacon. I never met a Chick fil a with piss poor customer service until this place.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
