Went to this restaurant at 9:15pm on a Saturday. Nothing on the menu was available besides Hot links. I watched 5 people come in and walk out do to this fact. I mean why stay open till 10pm if you can’t service customers till 10pm. The hot link was decent the barbecue sauce and fries were excellent. Only having one menu item is ridiculous. It's very disappointing that the owners are more concerned about waisting food versus doing good business! I called to order a BIG ORDER for my dealership the man answered the phone and said I'd need to come in. We were ordering for the company so obviously its a company card and they demand ID with a card. A business is not going to be fraudulent towards you. The online order even when paid you still waiting til you come in to put in the order what's the point? Very unfortunate they do business this way. And I understand they probably have had bad experiences in the past but they lose business over actions of some bad folks just ridiculous. And if you want to ensure payment why don't you use Uber eats or door dash? Sorry unfortunate honestly best bbq in town but I'm done giving my money for piss poor service.
