Don't work here, I tried helping my employees because of a shift lead that was harassing my co workers, she threatened to call hr on 3 of my employees, also was very demeaning and had alot of people not wanting to come In, she was constantly hounding people in a disrespectful way. I tried to report this and instead of them getting rid of her My hours were cut. Was told this is a family environment. The manager that I thought had my back didn't. Also the restaurant manager tried to manipulate us against each other and told us to regulate each other. Was told I had so much potential but the one time I tried to help my employees I got " punished" for it. It's not worth working here just to be cast away and reprimanded. Thanks guys I really appreciate the " family environment "
