During our multiple night visit to Castara we frequented Cheno for great breakfasts, coffee, and we completely enjoyed Saturday night BBQ. At the BBQ, don’t miss the (simply) grilled tuna steak- it was by far the best seafood we enjoyed during our stay. At breakfast, they serve great and fresh eggs, coffee, wonderful banana bread, and the 2 person staff are super friendly with wonderful smiles! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

In my point of view a litte bit overrated. Breakfast is good and i would recommend, even tough the price is also quite high. What I would definetely not recommend is the BBQ Event. The food is okay (nothing special) but for a basic bbq with chicken and a litte piece of fish way too expensive (about 200ttd). There are other places in town with better taste and with still reasonable price. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Best coffee shop in Tobago! The service is fantastic, the food is great, and it is a general meeting spot for most of the village. You will meet locals and tourists here, no matter the time of day. Breakfast is fantastic but don’t skip lunch or dinner, either. They have a BBQ night each week where people come from all over to partake. I forget the night but definitely make reservations in the morning so they have enough food for you. I found Cheno’s Coffee Shop to be a great place to hangout anytime of the day. The beer is ice cold, wifi is super strong, food is great, and you’ll make a lime with no less than several people. Also! Cheno has two vacation apartments for rent in the back that are fantastic! They are cheap, sparkling clean, have AC, are super secure and safe, and you’re close to everything.
Great breakfast for not too much money. It's right on the main street, but Castara is a small village with not a lot of traffic. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Coconut Bake Etc

Cheno and family were wonderful. Quiet little family run eatery. Excellent affordable breakfast. Laid- back family vibe. Definitely would recommend.

We were recently in Castara for 3 weeks. Cheno’s is a friendly, clean well run establishment. We enjoyed breakfasts of salt fish/bacon, coconut bake, salad and melon. Tuesday evening for karaoke and Saturday for bbq and pan music. Rum punch was excellent as always. Thank you.

Iced coffee is delicious! Breakfast is delicious and well presented. Staff could smile once in a while but otherwise very good.

Cheno runs a nice Cafe. Food was delicious and close to the Castara Beach!
Two excellent visits in our time in Castara. Saturday night for drinks and to see the steel pan entertainment. Once for breakfast which I had coconut bake, salt fish and eggs. Great atmosphere, friendly and not to miss when in Castara.
Best coffee, cappuccino and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly owner and staff. Breakfast option: local real coconut bake or toasts. With 2 sides. See photo. We will add more pictures of the breakfast soon. The breakfast is delicious and tasteful. Easy access and clean surroundings. You are sheltered from rain and sun. Parking available on compound and outside.
