Chef India’s Butter Chicken is the best Butter Chicken I have EVER had! The sauce was a perfect mix of creamy and spicy. The chicken was tender. I ate it in one sitting even though the portion was enough to feed two. 10/10 recommend! I can’t wait to try something else! Chef India was recommended by a few people so I gave it a try. The food is NOT as authentic as advertised. I had the lamb briani and cheese naan. The briani had onions and cilantro in place of cardamom. The naan was fairly bland. The yogurt sauce was good and the service was wonderful so it wasn't a bad experience. Absolutely delicious! We had a large group, they were busy and the waitress still did a fantastic job. She was patient and very fast. I had the seafood masala and garlic naan, flavor and spice was perfect! I love how spicy it is! They really know how to pack in the flavor, so so good! The kids loved the red chicken strips. Also, the servings are large and everyone took leftovers home! Great experience, can't wait to go back!
