Fluffy Jiggly Japanese Style Cheesecake! Very delicious! Well worth a try if you've never had it before. If you're not into overly sweet cakes then this is the place for you. Super fluffy and kind of melts in your mouth like cotton candy. We called to reserve a cake, it was so good that we waited on another one while they were baking it. The second one was even better than the first one, still warm right out of the oven.
