Wait was 15 min longer , floor was dirty under the tables. Manager asked how everything was. We shared the food wasn't hot and he repeated what we said. Not sure why he asked if he didn't even apologize. Otherwise, food would've been much better hot. Server was attentive and polite. Restrooms were clean. First time with food not being hot. Do not come with your kids! Make sure you dress up! Otherwise you’re shoved in the back & forgotten! Multiple times there because I love their sandwiches but I’ve noticed a pattern! All families are shoved to the back & the right! Restaurant is packed but not in the back! It’s reserved for the below people! I noticed throughout the place that people were staged by some type of status! Dressed up, in the middle w the beautiful look! Couples no kids to the sides! Families to the back in a separate section! It is really separated! I know this because I went w just my husband once & was seated w the real people, but absolutely every time w my kids, shoved in the back! What is w that? Anyone else notice this when they have gone? Or is this a just my family treatment? Maybe my kids wanted to see the fish! Service in the back room is impossible! Felt like second class! Yet we did it more than once. My family has owned restaurants and bars for quite some time! I was extremely impressed with the manager Jeremy and our bartender/server Alex!! It was a dining experience that is truly unforgettable! Manager Jeremy enlighten us on the background story of how the restaurant was established and checked on us to make sure our experience was going to be a great and memorable experience from the taste of the food to the job well done by our bartender/server! Our bartender/server Alex gave us an evening full of knowledge about the place as well; and, an evening full of laughter! It was a remarkable experience and an unforgettable evening! Alex made the best drinks one could ever imagine and the food was phenomenal! The appetizer was amazing and our meal was cooked to perfection!! This dining experience was absolutely outstanding and left us not wanting to leave! Thank you Manager Jeremy and bartender/server Alex!
