Went their at exactly 8:34 and I was told today January 15 that’s their closed at 8pm due to the weather lol when timing u their are 2 cars already parked waiting for food past 8:30 smh all I wanted was funnel fries and then she short worded me Service Take out Service: 1

Went here last night. Usually everything is on point, even the employees. But last night unfortunately 😕 I ordered a fish sandwich, and the Caucasian young man with the white shirt on was rude. I got a handful of fries with a little added hair. And a over done fish sandwich. I just came out of treatment as well. So, with that being said to the young man. Went to drive through, paid for a big Buford. Got home opened my sandwich to find out they gave me a fish filet. How is that even close? Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

I will never go here again the staff was extremely Unprofessional I will be giving Corporate a call. I was trying to order my food and i was cut off while I was talking. I get to the window to finish my order and was told to drive around the other side to wait for my order. They were so rude Please have a talk with the staff about being professional at all times. This is how the company loose money and good customers.

The staff at this Checkers {on Great Mills Rd.} are FANTASTIC!! They're sweet, patient, kind.. & of course they do a great job! Me & my daughter leave w/ smiles on our faces every time we pull out of that driveway because the women there make it so you can't help but feel good! Good job guys!! Worst checkers I've ever been to. My 11 year old son was trying to order his own meal and was admittedly a bit nervous, and the lady taking our order was very rude to him. Also, it took a long time for someone to even come to the window. I was about to leave when she opened it up, and there was no greeting or anything. She just looked at us and then said "what do you want". I can't speak for all the employees, but there a few that are not very professional or courteous at all. Not to mention the food never tastes fresh and the prices are outrageous. Very unhappy with this location and will bring my business elsewhere.

Worst experience. Pulled in through the drive thru and asked if they still have the triple cheeseburger. I was told to stop, read the menu, and then let her know when I find what I want. I tried again to say I knew what I wanted, but didn't see it on the menu but have been asked before I wanted it "tripled". I was again told to read the menu. I repeated it wasn't there and she told me there are three different triple cheese and that I needed to to know which I wanted. I stated just a regular plain one. She then says they don't have that and I could order something else. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I stated I'd just go through the drive thru and leave and was told to just back out instead...

Fries were hot. Burger was cold. Ordered tea they gave me Coke. Noone was in line they sent us back through the line because they cooked one of our items . However the other item in the bag was completely cold.

Got a double burger and fries. Quick service, price is right. The burger was a bit bland, but the fries are really good, some of the best fast food fries around.
